WHAT SERVICES DOES PXLVUE PROVIDE?
With our post production services we'll process your images, by hand, and apply adjustments according to your chosen preferences for exposure & color correction. This includes cropping and other standard adjustments & features listed here, resulting in a consistent and cohesive final product.

DO YOU WORK WITH LIGHTROOM PRESETS?
Yes, we sure do! We work with a number of presets from companies such as Mastin Labs, VSCO, Tribe Archipelago, Noble Signature, and others.
We can also accept and work with your own provided presets for application with your orders, and can work with you to create new custom presets as well.
CAN PXLVUE CULL MY IMAGES?
We do offer culling as an additional option with each Standard or Pro order. We carefully chose images to showcase your very best work. On the order form you can chose a percentage of images for us to omit. There are several aspects in which images we choose to keep and omit;
Your selected percentage
Importance of the image within the full set
Subject facial expression or position within the image
Artistic & technical integrity and quality of the image
Variety within the full set
When submitting an Adobe Lightroom Catalog we flag the omitted images as rejected and will sort into a Rejected collection. This way you'll be able to back through and review all of the images we've rejected to make sure we didn't cut anything you'd like to keep.
WHAT ARE YOUR TURNAROUND TIMES?
From when both the order form and your files are received here, our Express turnaround time is 3 to 5 business days with either a Standard or Pro order the turnaround is or 5 - 10 business days. Orders submitted containing 1500+ images may require extended turnaround based on availability for time required to complete services. Proof Preview's and free trial order turnaround is typically 3 - 5 business days.
All turnaround times are calculated with business days, excluding weekends and US holidays. Orders received after 5 pm Monday through Thursday, after 12pm Friday, or on a weekend or US holiday are received the next operating business day and will be scheduled with the appropriate turnaround for each order.
Multiple orders are staggered and scheduled at the next available date, and adding more than one editor to your account may reduce greater turnaround times.
When orders are completed we typically deliver files throughout the business day 9am - 6pm PST, however during peak season file delivery may be as late as 12am PST on the night of the scheduled completion date.
All requests for rush orders are scheduled at next available date. Upon receiving your order we'll reply with the earliest available date and surcharge required to complete your rush order.

WHAT FILE FORMATS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We can work directly with your Adobe Lightroom Classic (2017-19) Catalog or Adobe Lightroom CC/6 (2015) Catalog & provided Smart Previews. This is generally the easiest way to transfer your images to us for editing, and us to deliver back to you.
If you don't currently use Adobe Lightroom, or need to upgrade to Lightroom Classic CC, we recommend signing up for the Adobe Creative Cloud subscription plan. They offer a Photography plan for $9.99/mo. Which includes Lightroom & Photoshop, and always update date and compatible with newest gear.

If you have JPG images, we can accept them, however our processing may be limited by the data provided within the JPG images.
WHAT TYPES OF EVENTS OR SESSIONS CAN I SUBMIT?
Our services are optimized primarily for wedding and portrait type events, however we can accept any type* of event or session you'd like us to process.

HOW DO I SUBMIT MY FILES?
Upon submitting your order you'll be asked to upload a ZIP file containing your Adobe Lightroom Classic or CC/6 Catalog + Smart Previews. Once we receive the order form, we'll download the files and let you know they've been received here. If you're submitting Raw or JPG files, we'll send you file request upon receiving your order. We can accept any number of images per order, no minimum required. Orders submitted containing 1500+ images maybe require extended turnaround.
